✤ ડૉ.આંબેડકર આવાસ યોજનાનો હેતુ અને આવાસ યોજના ફોર્મ
સફાઇ કામદાર અને તેમના આશ્રીતો કે જેઓ ઘરવિહોણા, ખુલ્લો પ્લોટ ધરાવતા, રહેવાલાયક ન હોય તેવું કાચુ ગાર માટીનું તથા પ્રથમ માળ ઉપર મકાન બાંધવા માટે ₹. ૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ ની સહાય ત્રણ હપ્તામાં ચુકવાવમાં આવે છે.₹.૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ સહાય પૈકી પ્રથમ હપ્તો- ૪૦,૦૦૦, બીજો હપ્તો- ૬૦,૦૦૦ અને ત્રીજો હપ્તો- ₹.૨૦,૦૦૦/- આપવામાં આવે છે.
✦ આવાસ યોજના ની નિયમો અને શરતો
➢ આવાસ યોજનાનો લાભ ફક્ત સફાઇ કામદારો અને તેના આશ્રિતોને જ આપવામાં આવશે. તે માટે સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો દાખલો અરજી સાથે રજૂ કરવાનો રહેશે.
➢ અરજદારની ઉંમર ઓછામાં ઓછી ૨૧ વર્ષની રહેશે.
➢ ડૉ.આંબેડકર સફાઇ કામદાર આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ મળેલ સહાયથી મકાનનું સંપૂર્ણ બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ થાય નહી તેથી બાકીની રકમ લાભાર્થીને પોતે ઉમેરીને મકાન બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ કરવાનું રહેશે.
➢ આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ આવક મર્યાદા ઘ્યાનમાં લેવાની રહેતી નથી
➢ ડૉ.આંબેડકર આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ બનેલ મકાન પર લાભાર્થીએ " રાજ્ય સરકારની ર્ડા. આંબેડકર સફાઇ કામદાર આવાસ યોજના" એ મુજબની તકતી બનાવી લગાડવાની રહેશે.
➢ અરજદારે રજૂ કરેલા આશ્રિત માટેની વ્યાખ્યાના કારણો અંગે કોઇ મુદ્દો ઉપસ્થિત થાય તો તેનો મંજુરી/ નામંજુરીનો આખરી નિર્ણય નિગમ કક્ષાએથી લેવામાં આવશે.
➢ અરજદારે પ્રમાણપત્રો મુજબ અરજીમાં નામ લખવાનું રહેશે, તેમજ તે જ પ્રમાણે અરજીમાં જે સહી કરવામાં આવે તે જ પ્રમાણેની સહીનો નમૂનો અધિકૃત ગણાશે.

➢ અરજી ઓનલાઇન થયા બાદ અરજીની બે-નકલો અરજદારે જીલ્લા કચેરીએ જમાં કરાવવાની રહેશે.
➢ ડૉ.આંબેડકર આવાસ યોજના, ડો. આંબેડકર સફાઇ કામદાર આવાસ યોજના કે સરકારશ્રીની અન્ય કોઇ આવાસ સહાયની યોજનાઓ હેઠળ લાભાર્થી કે લાભાર્થીનાં પતિ-પત્નીએ અગાઉ આવાસ સહાયનો લાભ લીધેલ હશે તો અરજી નામંજુર કરવામાં આવશે.
➢ આવાસ સહાયનો બીજો હપ્તો મળ્યાબાદ લાભાર્થીએ આવાસનું કામ એક વર્ષમાં પૂર્ણ કરવાનું રહેશે.

✦ Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana Purpose.
Sweepers and their dependents who are homeless, have open plots, uninhabitable mud house and to build a house on the first floor. The assistance of Rs.150,000 is paid in three installments. Hapto 40,000 ₹ .1,20,000 aid of the first, second and third hapto hapto 60,000 .20,000 / ₹ - are given.
✦ Terms and conditions of housing scheme ( awas yojana )
➢ The benefit of housing scheme will be given only to the janitors and their dependents. The sample of the competent officer will have to be submitted along with the application.
➢ The age of the applicant should be at least 21 years.
➢ The complete construction of the house will not be completed with the help received under Dr. Ambedkar Safai Kamdar Awas Yojana, so the construction of the building will have to be completed by adding the remaining amount to the beneficiary himself.
➢ The income limit under the housing scheme does not have to be taken into account
➢ Beneficiaries will have to affix a plaque on the building constructed under Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana as per "Dr. Ambedkar Safai Kamdar Awas Yojana of the State Government".
➢ If any issue arises regarding the reasons for the definition of dependency submitted by the applicant, the final decision of approval / disapproval will be taken at the corporation level.
➢ The applicant will have to write the name in the application as per the certificates, as well as the specimen signature which will be considered as authentic in the application.
➢ After the application is online, the applicant has to submit two copies of the application to the district office.
➢ Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana, Dr. Ambedkar Safai Kamdar Awas Yojana or any other housing assistance scheme of the government, if the beneficiary or the spouse of the beneficiary has availed the benefit of housing assistance earlier, the application will be rejected.
➢ After receiving the second installment of housing assistance, the beneficiary will have to complete the housing work within a year.
