✤ MYSY Guidelines for mysy scholarship yojana ( Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana)
1. For mysy diploma scholarship level courses, students who get 90th or more percentile in Std-10 examination from Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Gandhinagar or other recognized board of Gujarat will get the benefit of this scheme.
2. For undergraduate courses, students who get 90% or more percentile in Std-12 Science stream or general stream examination from Gujarat of Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Gandhinagar or other recognized board will get the benefit of this scheme.
3. MYSY income limit : Children of parents with an annual income of up to Rs. 4,50,000 / - (Rupees four lakh fifty thousand in number) will be considered eligible for assistance. Obtain a certificate of annual income from the Mamlatdar / Taluka Development Officer.
4. Students enrolled in a diploma or in the first year of an undergraduate course will be eligible for assistance for the duration of their course.
5. NRIs in self-reliant courses Students admitted to the seats will not be eligible to avail benefits under this scheme.
✦ MYSY Scholarship eligibility criteria and Mysy Benefits (Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana)
Tuition Fee Assistance Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana (mysy yojana)
1. Eligible students are entitled to annual tuition for self-reliant courses of medical and dental government recognized institutes of higher education after Std-12. 50% of the fee or Rs. 2,00,000 / - whichever is less will be available every year.
2. Eligible students should be admitted to government recognized institutes for professional courses of higher education after Std-12 such as MYSY eligibility for engineering students, Pharmacy, Architecture, Agriculture, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Para-Medical, Veterinary. 50% of the annual tuition fee or Rs. 50,000 / - whichever is less will be available every year.
3. Eligible students can pursue post-Std. 12 higher education undergraduate courses such as B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., B.B.A., B.C.A. Annual tuition prescribed for self-reliant courses of a government recognized institution such as. 50% of the fee or Rs. 10,000 / - whichever is less will be available every year.
4. Eligible students are allotted annual tuition fee for post-Std. 10 government recognized institute diploma self-reliant courses. 50% of the fee or Rs. 25,000 / - whichever is less will be available every year.
5. The number of reserved students in general seats in government medical, dental, engineering colleges and the number of general category students who have to relocate and finally if they do not get admission in any government college and they have to get admission in self-reliant college. So the eligible students under such scheme will be entitled to the amount of tuition fee difference between the self-reliant college and the government college admitted.
