ગરીબ સહાય યોજના જે રાષ્ટ્રીય કુટુંબ સહાય યોજના જેને સંકટ મોચન યોજના, મરણોતર સહાય યોજના, મૃત્યુ સહાય યોજના, મરણ સહાય યોજના અથવા શ્રમયોગી અક્સ્માત મૃત્યુ સહાય યોજના હેઠળ, કુદરતી કારણો અથવા અકસ્માતને કારણે પરિવારના મુખ્ય કમાનારનું મૃત્યુ થાય તો, રાષ્ટ્રીય કુટુંબ સહાય યોજના નો લાભ કુટુંબ ક્લ્યાન યોજના માટે મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
✤ રાષ્ટ્રીય કુટુંબ સહાય યોજના અથવા સંકટ મોચન યોજના માહિતી
✦ સંકટ મોચન યોજના અને મરણોતર સહાય યોજના મા મળવાપાત્ર સહાય :
1. કુદરતી સંજોગોમાં મૃત્યુ થવાના કિસ્સામાં રૂ. 20,000 / -
2. અકસ્માતને કારણે મૃત્યુ થવાના કિસ્સામાં રૂ. 20,000 / -
કુટુંબ ઉપર કોઈ પણ આફત આવે ત્યારે તે પરિવારને સહાયરૂપ થઈ શકાય તે માટે વધુ રોકડ સહાય આપવાની જોગવાઈ આ રાષ્ટ્રીય કુટુંબ સહાય યોજનામાં કરવામાં આવી છે. અગાઉ આ સંકટ મોચન યોજના હેઠળ રૂ. 10,000 / - ની સહાય આપવામાં આવતી હતી તે તા. 15-02-2014 ના ઠરાવથી રકમ વધારીને રૂ. 20,000 / - કરવામાં આવી છે.
✦ સંકટ મોચન યોજના અને મૃત્યુ સહાય યોજના મા લાગુ પડતા નિયમો :
1. આવા મૃત્યુના કિસ્સામાં મુખ્ય કમાનાર વ્યક્તિ (તે અથવા તેણી) ની ઉંમર 18 વર્ષથી ઉપર અને 70 વર્ષથી ઓછી હોવી જોઈએ.
2. અરજી મૃત્યુ પછી બે વર્ષની મર્યાદામાં નિયત ફોર્મમાં કરવાની રહેશે. આ મરણોતર સહાય યોજના હેઠળ સહાયની પાત્રતા માટે અરજદાર લાભાર્થી ભારત સરકારની ગાઈડલાઈન મુજબ BPL લાભાર્થી હોવા જોઈએ. અરજદાર ગ્રામ વિસ્તારમાં રહેતા હોય તો તેઓને ગામની પંચાયતમાં નગરપાલિકા કે મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારમાં રહેતા હોય તો નગરપાજલકા કે મહાનગર પાલિકાની કચેરીમાં BPL લાભાર્થી તરીકે નોંધાયેલા હોવા જોઈએ.

Under the Crisis Relief Scheme, if the main breadwinner of the family dies due to natural causes or accident, the National Family Assistance Scheme will be eligible.
1. In case of death due to natural circumstances Rs. 20,000 / -
2. In case of death due to accident Rs. 20,000 / -
The scheme provides for more cash assistance to help the family in case of any calamity. Earlier, under this scheme, Rs. 10,000 / - was given. With the resolution of 15-02-2014, the amount has been increased to Rs. 20,000 / - has been made.
✦ Sakat Mochan Yojana / Rashtriya Kutumb Sahay Yojana Rules :
1. In case of such death the main earner (he or she) should be above 18 years of age and below 70 years of age.
2. The application must be made in the prescribed form within a limit of two years after death. To be eligible for assistance under this scheme, the applicant beneficiary should be a BPL beneficiary as per the guideline of Government of India. If the applicant lives in a rural area, he should be registered as a BPL beneficiary in the village panchayat in the municipality or in the municipal area.
3. Postmortem report, police complaint, copy of Punchnama should be attached with the application form if applicable to the person involved in the accident.
4. Only one person as the head of the deceased family has to apply as an applicant. And all family members must consent. This support is not available separately for each family member.
The definition of family for the purpose of this scheme includes spouses, minor children, unmarried daughters and these parents.
✦ Sankat Mochan Yojana Application form and Rashtriya Kutumb Kalyan Yojana Apply :
1. For urban area which has to be applied in the provincial office of that area.
2. For Gram Panchayat Area - Under this scheme application has to be made to the Deputy District Development Officer.
3. For Municipal Corporation Area - Commissioner UCD in Municipal Corporation Office. Must apply at the branch. The authority to sanction assistance under this scheme has been delegated to the above officer and the application form will also be available from his office.
